The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America (OU) certified three Gonnella facilities, including its baking facility in Aurora, Ill. and Gonnella's frozen products division facilities in Schaumburg, Ill. and Hazle Township, Pa.
Based in New York, OU provides both domestic and international kosher and pareve certification services. It is known and recognized as the world's largest and most organized kosher organization, certifying hundreds of thousands of products in more than 90 countries throughout the world.
