MONTEBELLO, CA – Le Chef Bakery presented an extensive assortment of its breads and pastries, including many debut items at the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco.
Some notable Le Chef new items featured included a German pretzel slider bun and German pretzel hamburger bun which were developed as a result of a collaboration between Le Chef and a Master Baker from Germany. Hundreds of individual pastries and mini pastries will be presented including S’more mini pastry pop, white chocolate pyramid mini pastry pop, lemon meringue mini cupcake, and white chocolate passion fruit curd–just to name a few. The mini craze is continuing and Le Chef has responded with an extensive array of French, Italian and American creations.
“Many of the new and refreshed items being introduced reflect input received from customers and other visitors to our booth last year,” commented Patrick Honeywell, Le Chef’s Executive Chef. “We really value the opportunity to participate in this show—both to show off our new products and to hear from customers about their current needs and wishes.”
