PINELLAS PARK – The Publix at 7333 Park Blvd. in Pinellas Park invited the public to help celebrate its becoming the first Publix store in the state of Florida to receive a Boar’s Head Certified Premium Deli Professional status, last Tuesday, Aug. 16.
Store employees worked to achieve the status over the last year and a half with extended training on product knowledge, customer needs and focus on cleanliness.
The Aug. 16 event will include hot dogs, cake, giveaways and the lighting for the prestigious Boars Head neon sign.
