Metro Nashville has issued a building permit on behalf of wholesale retailer Restaurant Depot for the construction of a 53,346-square-foot warehouse-style building.
The building will be located at 111 Oldham St. in East Nashville.
The permit values construction at $6.1 million.
Tri-C Construction Company Tri-C Construction Company will lead the project.
Restaurant Depot sells “a full range of fresh meat and produce, chicken and pork, frozen products as well as dry groceries, paper supplies cleaning supplies, beverages and equipment” to businesses and non profits, according to the company's website.
