Three San Joaquin County companies are among more than two dozen businesses named the Top 25 California Ag Innovators for 2011, by Grow-California, a Sacramento business development and consulting group.
Each is eligible for one of 12 Game Changer of the Year awards in agriculture innovation to be announced July 21 by California Secretary of Food and Agriculture Karen Ross at the University of California, Davis.
Nominated in the Energy and Agriculture category is Musco Family Olive Co. of Tracy, a leader in incorporating green practices in its operations and exhibiting expertise in sustainability.
