Lipari Foods Acquires Eastside Deli, Expanding Resources Of Both Companies

Warren, Mich. –  Lipari Foods announced today that the company has purchased Eastside Deli of Lansing, Mich. The acquisition will bring world-class sandwich-making capabilities to Lipari’s vast offering of products for their customers. Eastside Deli in turn will soon provide Lipari-sourced products and services to its customers.

Eastside Deli employs 51 people and has enjoyed more than 20 years of success in manufacturing, selling and distributing ready-to-eat-sandwiches to almost 1000 Michigan-based convenience stores and retail outlets.

Today Lipari Foods distributes a wide range of quality bakery, deli, packaging, seafood, grocery, and confectionary products to nearly 5000 customers in more than 10 states.
