Canadian bakers gathered at NAIT to get some piping-hot advice on baking techniques from two world-renowned culinary educators.
From June 7 to 10 the second annual NAIT Bakes workshops took place, with dozens of students from across Canada here to work with two master bakers who have come to share their knowledge.
“It’s a great opportunity,” said Hans Jorgensen, a baking grad from NAIT. “I think I can take some of the theory and become a better baker.”
Jorgensen was the top third-year apprentice at NAIT and received a free spot in the workshop as a reward.
