The Texas Vegetable Association along with United Fresh, The Texas Department of Agriculture, Texas AgriLIFE Extension, Texas Produce Association and Texas Department of State Health Services, cordially invite you to attend the first ever Texas Food Safety Conference focused on the fruit and vegetable industry. If you are concerned about food safety, you will not want to miss an outstanding line up of speakers and the opportunity to network with your colleagues from throughout Texas and the nation.
The primary goal of the conference is to bring together those involved in produce safety at all different levels including growers, packers, wholesalers, buyers, importers, logistic companies and food safety venders. Conference attendees will leave the conference with current knowledge of the new food safety laws, and more importantly will be equipped with practical information they can immediately put to work in their business. The conference will also offer an exhibition in which attendees will be able to see what products are available to help implement a more efficient food safety program.
