The class, “A Study in Sweet Potatoes”, was presented by Chef Ricky Moore and featured 4 dishes prepared with 4 different varieties of sweet potatoes provided by Nash Produce.
The dishes included a Masala Spiced O'Henry Sweet Potato-Panner Tater Tots, Raw Covington Sweet Potato Slaw, Simply Baked Evangeline Sweet Potato with Rosemary, Olive Oil, and Lemon Salt, and a Purple Sweet Potato Pound Cake with "Chicha Morada" Glaze.
