CFIA Alert: Certain Organic Meadow/Farm Boy Brand Milk May Contain Glass

OTTAWA, ONTARIO – The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Organic Meadow Inc. are warning the public not to consume the milk products described below because the products may contain harmful glass fragments.

The affected products described below are sold in 946 mL glass bottles bearing Best Before date AL 17 (April 17):

These products have been distributed in Ontario. There have been no reported injuries associated with the consumption of these products.

The manufacturer, Organic Meadow Inc., Guelph, ON is voluntarily recalling the affected products from the marketplace. The CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
