
Madison, WI – Caputo Cheese received great news at the United States Championship Cheese Contest, placing ‘Best Of Class’ with their Bocconcini in the Fresh Mozzarella category and second with their 1 oz Fresh Mozzarella Slices in the Natural Sliced Cheese category.
