Flowers Foods, a producer and marketer of packaged bakery foods, has appointed Stephanie Tillman as vice president of compliance and assistant general counsel.
The company has also appointed A. Ryals McMullian, Jr., as vice president and associate general counsel and Holland C. Kirbo as associate general counsel. It has also announced the appointment of Lisa R. Hay as manager of shareholder relations.

Avera, executive vice president, secretary, and general counsel of Flowers Foods.
