HUNTSVILLE, Al. – At one time or another, whether it's just out of college or in midlife, most people have been where Tasia Malakasis found herself in 2006.
But not everybody finds themselves in the Chilean Patagonia, inspired by some lines from T.S. Eliot that were scribbled on the wall of a bar:
And certainly not everybody uses those lines as a turning point in veering their career path from vice president of a tech company in Philadelphia to owner of a cheese company in Elkmont.
But that's what Malakasis did, taking that excerpt from Four Quartets by Eliot as the catalyst for change.
