Ippolito International has added produce industry veteran Mark Roth to its sales team. Roth will be handling sales for existing customers, developing new business and commodity management.
Roth has worked in the produce industry for over 25 years. The past two years were spent in sales with Chieftain Harvesting and the 16 prior years were with Mills Family Farms, both of Salinas, CA.
“I’m very happy to be here at Ippolito International,” stated Roth. “This company has a talented sales staff with many years of experience. The opportunity to be able to sell the large number commodities we offer is exciting…there are many sales avenues,” he said.
Butch Corda, general manager of Ippolito International said, “We feel fortunate to have the opportunity to add a veteran of Mark’s caliber to our existing sales staff. Along with his twenty five-plus years of experience he brings a youthful energy which we will value,” he said.
Roth is a long-time Salinas resident and graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
