Focus on E. coli, Validation, and Emerging Issues at the Pre-Conference Mini-Con
Don’t miss the Food Safety Mini-Conference prior to the Management Conference – on Thursday, March 18, from 12:00 – 6:00 p.m. CST.
The mini-con will focus on E. coli, validation, and emerging issues for beef processors. It continues NAMP’s highly successful conferences for beef processors that have educated hundreds of people over the past several years.
This Mini-Con is designed to help beef processors prepare for the critical challenges they face now and to prepare them for the future.
The program is scheduled so you can arrive at the hotel in the morning of the mini-conference and save the cost of another room night.

• The Significance of Multi-Drug Resistant (MDR) Salmonella. Focuses on the impact these pathogens have on human health and the beef industry, and what further processors need to know to ensure the safety of their products. (Koohmaraie)
