More than 30 employees of FPAA members gathered December 9th at the FPAA offices for a PACA 101 seminar by Patrick Romero, Assistant Regional Director of the Western Region for the PACA. FPAA legal counsel Kip Martin was on hand to provide practical advice based on his experience and knowledge of PACA cases.
Topics included a review of typical problems related to non-payment, types of contracts and responsibilities of various parties.
