Cows Creamery has announced that its butter has been awarded first prize at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto.
“It is an honour to have received first prize for our butter,” says Cows Creamery wholesale manager, Andrea White.
“Our butter is made with 84 per cent butterfat, which is four per cent higher than industry standards. It is churned slowly, in small batches to create a silky, creamy flavour.”
Cows Creamery butter is made with milk from dairy farms across Prince Edward Island.
