CAMDEN, N.J. – To further partner with operators in their journey to delight guests, Campbell’s Foodservice has developed Behind Our LinesTM, a series of educational and inspirational videos. The initial collection of eight videos introduces professional chefs from Campbell’s culinary team and showcases the versatility of frozen soup with suggestions for every season and different ways to serve the same product.
“Having been an operator, I understand how important it is to keep your menu fresh throughout the year and get the most out of each ingredient,” Campbell’s Foodservice Executive Chef Gerald Drummond said. “Our hope with these videos is that our customers can find new solutions to the challenges they face in the front and back of the house as they try to differentiate themselves without sacrificing their bottom line.”
Covering culinary support, operational support and real food stories, Behind Our LinesTM will be continually updated with additional tips, focusing on specific segments and various items in the Campbell’s Foodservice portfolio. The culinary team is also sharing stories about the creation of these products and how each ingredient earns its place in the recipes.
