Sacramento’s Blue Diamond Growers is doubling down on its nut milk beverages by introducing more flavors and products, and expanding its capacity.
The company this month introduced almond-milk creamer in unsweetened and vanilla flavor for use in coffee, tea and cooking. It also introduced a new banana flavor of its Almond Breeze, for use as a drink, with cereal or for smoothies.
The new creamer is Blue Diamond’s answer to half-and-half for morning beverages, because its regular almond milk is thinner than cream.
