The GMM of Thursday 6 December 2018 was the last one in the history of our cooperative. With the symbolic transfer of the vote of the GMM to the Members’ Council, we are embarking on a new path together.
Evert van Helvoort, member of the Members’ Council: “It has been a great process. There’s now a responsibility on our shoulders to make it work. I’m sure that we will do this in the right way. We would like to thank all the members for their trust and are looking forward to a transparent cooperation!”
Upon arrival at the GMM, it immediately became apparent to the members that we are embarking on a new path. A timeline took the members on a journey through the history of the cooperative as well as the present and the future. This was aptly summarized by the owner of Rebo Plants: “Development is important; it goes hand in hand with change and the Members’ Council is a great step forward in strengthening our sector.”
