The Dairy Council of Florida is sponsoring the SNAP, TACKLE, CRUNCH Breakfast Bowl Contest for all Florida K-12 students in schools participating in the Fuel Up to Play 60 program. SNAP, TACKLE, CRUNCH is an opportunity for students to show off their creative talents, while helping reinforce positive nutrition and physical activity messages at breakfast.
There will be four (4) GRAND PRIZE winners:
•Kindergarten through second grade
•Third grade through fifth grade
•Sixth grade through eighth grade
•Ninth grade through 12th grade
Each category winner will receive the following:
•School assembly honoring the school, teacher and winner
•$250 welnness prize package for the student
•Student winners highlighted on www.floridamilk.com
•$1,000 wellness certificate for the school to use in the Fuel Up to Play 60 online store
•$100 wellness prize package for the teacher who submits a winning entry if he or she is registered as a school program supporter of program advisor at www.fueluptoplay60.com by Feb. 11, 2011
Consolation prize is a $100 wellness gift certificate. The number of consolation prizes awarded will be based on the number of entries received.
