Immokalee, FL; November 23, 2010 – On November 21, Custom Pak of Immokalee, FL partnered with TRG Motorsports as an associate sponsor of the #71 race car for the NASCAR Sprint Cup season finale at Homestead Motor Speedway in Florida.
The #71 car, featuring Vintage Ripe tomato branding was driven by Andrew Lally. Lally finished 29th in the 400 lap race and 43 car field. The race was the final race of a 36 race series that culminated in naming the NASCAR Sprint Cup Champion.
For Custom Pak, the exposure to consumers provided significant national reach for their popular heirloom style tomato known for its authentic tomato flavor. With 70,000 fans in attendance and nearly 200,000 viewers watching live on ESPN, Vintage Ripe tomatoes received important consumer face time.
