New Research: Eating Almonds Can Aid in Post-Exercise Recovery

A new study found that eating almonds reduced some feelings of muscle soreness during exercise recovery which translated to improved muscle performance during a vertical jump challenge. These results expand on prior research1 which looked at how almonds affect muscle recovery after exercise.

AquaBounty Technologies to Sell Indiana Facility

The company is working to build a salmon fishing facility in Pioneer, Ohio, near the Michindoh Aquifer and the St. Joseph River. The company said in its announcement that Ohio facility is about 30% complete and AquaBounty plans to prioritize financing alternatives necessary to resume and finish that construction.
