U.S. online grocery shoppers spend more, are less loyal and struggle more financially, according to the dunnhumby Consumer Trends Tracker released today. Omnichannel shoppers spend 1.5x more on groceries than in-store only shoppers but spread their dollars between up to 2x as many different retailers.
