Local Farms Part Of The Upstate Niagara Cooperative Win National Titles Through Bison Dip & Cheese

Upstate Niagara was awarded first place in the Refrigerated Dip category at the 2018 World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest, for their famous Bison® French Onion Dip, a Western New York favorite for generations. The farmer-owned cooperative also won first place for their Light Sour Cream and both Strawberry & Blueberry Lowfat Yogurts. This competition was held on August 21-22 in Wisconsin and sponsored by the Wisconsin Dairy Products Association.
