Acme Smoked Fish Corp. was recognized this week with two sofi awards from the Specialty Food Association. The company’s BBQ Smoked Salmon from their Blue Hill Bay line won Gold in the Seafood category, while their Honey Maple Salmon won Bronze, also in the Seafood category. In 2017, Acme was also recognized with a Gold sofi award in the Seafood Category for their Cold Smoked Pastrami Salmon.
