Milk Source, LLC, of Kaukauna, Wis., will buy the Heartland Dairy herd and equipment owned by Sharpe Holdings, Inc., in a deal announced Friday by the two companies. Milk Source also entered into a three-year lease with the option to purchase the 458-acre facility.
