New Danish Cheeses Make Their American Debut

Murray’s Cheese has added a collection of artisanal Danish cheeses to the usual Havarti and Tilsit. Steve Millard, the senior vice president for merchandising, found some organic cheeses on a trip to Denmark last summer, and the company is now importing a dozen.
