Farmer’s Best is expanding facilities in San Luis Potosí. In 2016, Farmer’s Best used about 74 acres total in San Luis Potosí. In 2017, the company will increase production to approximately 500 acres with space for more Roma tomatoes, cucumbers and green bell peppers. Net houses will cover 72 percent of this new expansion and the rest will be open field.
