Perfect Fit Meals, LLC, a Houston, Texas establishment, is recalling approximately 3,546 pounds of chicken breast product due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced. The product may contain milk and wheat, known allergens which are not declared on the product label.

The holiday season has come to a close, and so must the entry period for the 2017 National Festival of Breads. The festival, sponsored by King Arthur Flour, Red Star Yeast and Kansas Wheat, is a national amateur bread baking competition that hundreds of bakers enter.
