Ontario Dairy Production Increase Below Canadian Average

Statistics Canada has released its dairy numbers for the month of August. Total on farm sales reached 511 million dollars. That’s up 21 million, or 4.2 per cent from August 2015. Ontario dairy farm sales held nearly steady, increasing one million dollars from a year ago.
