Michigan's First Grade A Goat Creamery Wins Business Competition

The award money will allow KandyLand to build an on-site creamery to produce cheese and yogurt at an increased capacity. The farm will also begin bottling milk with the addition of a pasteurizer, chiller and bottling line. Once KandyLand establishes its milk and drinkable yogurt lines – the first Michigan-made products of their kind – Cherry Capital Foods in Traverse City will begin distributing them to stores throughout Michigan.
