S&D Coffee in Concord has a $355-million deal to be bought by a Canadian beverage company. The 89-year-old private company that supplies coffee and other beverages to companies such as McDonald’s and Chick-fil-A will keep its executives and name and operate as a subsidiary of Cott Corp., the buyer.
