A car dealer recently purchased a warehouse at 1901 Liberty Ave. now occupied by Pittsburgh Cut Flower Co. for $1.95 million, according to Allegheny County real estate records. Bob Luthultz, president of Pittsburgh Cut Flower, a floral wholesaler that has been in business for 109 years, could not be reached for comment. What will happen with the flower company is “up in the air,” said a woman who answered the phone at the location.
