Mr. Boehler has also been appointed to Americold’s Board of Trustees. Mr. Boehler was previously appointed President & Chief Operating Officer when Jeffrey M. Gault, now Chairman of the Americold Board of Trustees, retired from the Americold CEO position in March of 2014.
