Turbana, Sendik's And The Milkwaukee Brewers Partner To Fight Childhood Cancer

For the first year, Turbana teamed up with Sendik’s Food Markets to be  the official banana sponsor and composting partner for the Brewers Mini Marathon, which is presented by Sendik’s. The marathon took place in Milwaukee on Saturday, Sept. 26, to benefit the Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer (MACC) Fund, an organization dedicated to fighting childhood cancer by funding research for the cause. Participants ran in either a 10K or “mini” 13.1-mile course through and around Miller Park, the stadium of the beloved Milwaukee Brewers.
