The Retailers' Choice Awards™ at SNA 2015 were presented to ten exhibiting firms by the Southern Nursery Association in Atlanta, Ga. on July 22, 2015. A panel of independent garden retailers selected the best new products, both live goods and hard goods, for their stores. This year’s selections included Jazz Hands® Variegated Loropetalum from Proven Winners® ColorChoice® Flowering Shrubs.

Award-Winning Year For Montchevré

It has been an award-winning year for Montchevré–Betin. Montchevré’s blueberry vanilla goat cheese got the highest score, 99.85 out of a possible 100 points, at the Wisconsin State Fair cheese and butter contest June 26. Six weeks later, Montchevré co-founder and cheesemaker Jean Rossard was named grand master cheesemaker of the year at the State Fair in West Allis.
