Arena Cheese’s Colby cheese won a medal for their traditionally crafted Colby cheese at this year’s ACS cheese contest in Providence, R.I. This is the 2nd nationally recognized medal win for Arena’s Colby cheese in 2015. This medal is in addition to their Best of Class win at this year’s US Cheese championships this spring.
