One hundred eighty-seven (187) individuals passed the American Cheese Society’s fourth Certified Cheese Professional® Exam, which was held on July 29, 2015 in Providence, Rhode Island. Responding to rapidly growing demand for their aged goat cheese, Vermont Creamery completed a significant expansion to their aged cheese facility in Websterville, Vermont adding 14,000 square feet and more than quadrupling cheesemaking capacity.
