Each product introduces the hummus category to unique flavor profiles as hummus consumers are now using hummus as an ingredient in recipes (in addition to a traditional dip).

Loblaws To Stop Selling Parmalat's Beatrice Milk Made In Sudbury

Grocery chain Loblaws says it will no longer sell milk made in Sudbury, starting July 21. Loblaws currently sells Parmalat's Beatrice milk, produced in Sudbury, the only milk factory in the city.

ACE Bakery Wins The Louis Lesaffre Cup

ACE Bakery ("ACE"), a division of Weston Foods, announced today that Team Canada and its Master Baker, Marcus Mariathas, have won the prestigious Louis Lesaffre Cup along with a team from Brazil in a baking competition recently held in Argentina. Mariathas was a member of the four-person team representing Canada and this win paves the way for this team to represent Canada at the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie, the Bakery World Cup to be held in Paris in February 2016.
