PA High School Students Compete In Mid-Atlantic Dairy Association Culinary Contest

On Friday, May 29, Mid-Atlantic Dairy Association and Central York High School partnered to create a unique contest where Culinary Arts’ students made milk-based recipes from scratch, starting from the fresh milk stage. Twelve students were challenged to research the process and thus learn food chemistry basics.
