Glanbia Nutritionals has nearly doubled the size of its customer-focused Collaboration Center in Twin Falls, Idaho, adding a new bakery lab and a culinary applications kitchen. The Glanbia Collaboration Center is a co-development and process optimization facility designed to accelerate successful product introductions for customers, from initial ideation to product completion. 

Dayton's Purely Sweet Bakery Expands Kitchen Space As Demand Grows

A bakery that started at 2nd Street Market in Dayton is moving its kitchen space in order to expand its wholesale business. Purely Sweet Bakery, which specializes in healthy and allergy friendly baked goods, will begin renting kitchen space from Spice Rack and Bulk Foods at 3375 Dayton Xenia Road.

National Restaurant Association Statement About Release Of Menu Labeling Regulations

The National Restaurant Association's President and CEO Dawn Sweeney issued the following statement about the Food and Drug Administration's scheduled release of the final menu labeling regulations:
