The Certified Angus Beef ® brand, through Golden West Food Group in Vernon, Calif., has added Glatt Kosher beef to its offerings. The product was launched this week in New York’s finest Kosher eateries, owned by the Prime Hospitality Group, making them the first Kosher restaurants to serve the Certified Angus Beef ® brand.

The company will open a sales office to meet the needs of its expanding client-base in the Basin Alley Building located at 105 Broadway in downtown Nashville.
