Bravo Farms Cheese, known for its handmade, small batch cheddar production ads California Dutchman’s Feta made with 100% cow’s milk. Bill and Patt Boersma founded the dairy known as Bravo Farms’ in 1979. From their location, North of Visalia, California they produced and sold milk wholesale to various creameries around the state. Cheese production on the farm began in 1995. They produced cheddar and Dutch style cheeses. The Cheeses became extremely successful in California and in various locations throughout the United States.

Four U.S. lawmakers joined with more than 200 food companies, organic farming groups, health and environment organizations and other groups on Thursday to urge President Barack Obama to require manufacturers to label food products that contain genetically engineered ingredients. Among the signatories on Thursday's letter to President Obama are the ice cream company Ben & Jerry's, cereal maker Nature's Path, organic yogurt maker Stonyfield Farms, the Consumer Federation of America and several environmental and health groups.
