For the third consecutive year Rogers Collection is delighted to host the cracking of a whole wheel of Brown Cow Parmigiano Reggiano at their Fancy Food Show Booth #2150.  Made by Società Agricola Valserena, an Italian dairy near Parma Italy, that is dedicated to producing Parmigiano Reggiano made solely from the milk of Brown Cows (Sola Bruna).

Kraft Recalls Velveeta Cheese Product Due To Low Levels Of Preservative

Kraft Foods Group is voluntarily recalling 260 cases of Velveeta Original Pasteurized Recipe Cheese Product because it does not contain appropriate levels of sorbic acid, a preservative ingredient. While unlikely, the affected product could spoil prematurely and/or lead to food borne illness. Therefore, the company is issuing this recall as a precaution.
