Pete’s Seafood announces eight, new added-value seafood items and are set to debut all of them at the summer Fancy Food Show in New York City.  The Summer Fancy Food show is one of the largest specialty food and beverage show in the East Coast. The show opens for three days starting June 29th and goes until July 1st in New York at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Pete’s Seafood returns to the show for the second year to unveil a frozen program that is already set to launch with retailers worldwide.

Chestnut Valley charcuterie and fresh sausage will continue to be produced with antibiotic free meat (pork and poultry).*

Iowa Firm Recalls Sausage Products Due To Misbranding & Undeclared Allergens

K & W Sausage, an Evansdale, Iowa, establishment, is recalling approximately 1,761 pounds of sausage products because of misbranding and undeclared allergens. The products contain soy and wheat, known allergens, which are not declared on the product labels.
