Lunch Bundles Looks To Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company For Cheese & Space

Lunch Bundles®, a Vermont based company that offers a healthy alternative to kid-themed Lunchables, has worked out an agreement with Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company to use VFCC's Artisan Cheddar in two of its healthy lunch options and will also include gluten free crisps and crackers from our Castleton Crackers line.  Lunch Bundles is also renting space in the VFCC Windsor location to accommodate their packaging and shipping needs.

New Research: Yogurt Consumption Reduces The Risk Of Type 2 Diabetes

New research shows that higher consumption of yoghurt, compared with no consumption, can reduce the risk of new-onset type 2 diabetes by 28 per cent. Scientists found that in fact higher consumption of low-fat fermented dairy products, which include all yoghurt varieties and some low-fat cheeses, also reduced the relative risk of diabetes by 24 per cent overall.
