Wisconsin Master Meat Crafter Program Graduates 21

Twenty-one people were awarded the distinction of a Master Meat Crafter on Friday. This second graduating class of the Master Meat Crafter Program completed the two and a half year program by giving individual presentations and participating in a graduation ceremony in Madison.

Wisconsin Cheese Originals announces today applications for its 2014 Beginning Cheesemaker Scholarship are available. The $2,500 award will help one aspiring cheesemaker earn his or her Wisconsin cheesemaking license and make new artisan, farmstead or specialty cheeses.
