Califia Farms To Introduce New Single Serve Flavors

Califia Farms will launch its new dairy-free and soy-free Cold Brewed Iced Coffee single serve flavors Cocoa Noir, Salted Caramel and XX Espresso at the 2014 Winter Fancy Food Show. Califia Farms will also bring a unique new product to the marketplace with its single serve Chocolate and Vanilla Protein Almondmilks. The new flavors will retail at $2.99 per 10.5 oz bottle and have already seen successful regional introductions in Northern California and Southern Pacific Whole Foods Market stores.

There’s French Pastry, & Then There’s The Kougelhof

Pastry chef Jacquy Pfeiffer is a co-owner of the French Pastry School in Chicago. There he teaches young chefs everything from Tarte aux Framboises to chocolate eclairs. But if you ask him for something close to his heart, hell tell you about a special bread from his homeland. “The kougelhof is the most famous bread in Alsace, France,” he says. “Every family has one during celebrations or just during weekends.”
