The 2012 James Beard winner for best pastry chef and owner of Wicker Park's Hot Chocolate will open a 6,000-square-foot Logan Square bakery in early summer. It will be split among wholesale, retail and a cafe. Ms. Segal is designing the space, starting with the kitchen.
